The first concept house from Jörnträhus has now been assembled by Contractor at Kvarnbacken in Kåge. It is Skellefteå municipality's property company Skebo that has ordered seven loft houses with a total of 70 rental apartments.

After a heavy year last year, things have turned around for Jörnträhus in 2021. Already in the first quarter, the order intake for the full year is SEK 63 million, which is more than in the whole of 2020.
