Söndagsvägen, LSS group home

The LSS group home Söndagsvägen in Ersmark, Umeå is a good example of how our flexible housing solutions can be used for different types of activities. The building consists of six apartments and also houses common areas and staff facilities.

- This was the first project for me together with Jörnträhus. The wall blocks were delivered ready-made and the rest of the material was assembled on site. It was very good with this type of house when you have a tight construction time, as you have time to quickly get walls and roofs up and a tight house, says site manager Magnus Prejner.
