We are strengthening on the sales side - welcome back Gunnar

Gunnar Ölund is back as a salesman with us at Jörnträhus. After a few years on other assignments, he is now returning to the company where he previously worked as a salesman focusing on the private market.
- It feels great to be back! Jörnträhus has always been a company where I felt at home and I look forward to getting started again, says Gunnar.

Peter Gyllenberg, CEO of Jörnträhus, is very happy that Gunnar is back.
- Bringing in an experienced salesperson like Gunnar, who also already knows the company and our products, is a great advantage. His energy and customer focus is exactly what we need," says Peter.

Gunnar, what have you been doing since you last worked at Jörnträhus?
- Since my last time here, I have been working in business development and procurement in a more international environment, still wood-related of course. It has been very educational and given me a deeper understanding of both product flows and customer needs.

What attracted you to return to Jörnträhus?
- I have always had a warm relationship with the company and the fantastic wooden houses that are manufactured here in Jörn. When the opportunity arose, it felt obvious to come back. The market has turned and we see a great demand for the house kits we produce. It is also an exciting company that combines sustainability with quality and innovation. I look forward to helping private individuals realise their dreams of a holiday home, but also to contribute with sales to companies.

What do you hope to bring to your role?
- I want to bring both experience and energy. Understanding customers' needs and offering solutions that suit them is something I am really passionate about. I'm also looking forward to developing relationships with our corporate customers and helping more construction companies realise the great benefits of building with our modular buildings.

What does it look like for you outside your working hours?
- A large part of my and my family's leisure time consists of various forms of sport. I generally have a great interest in spending time in nature - in summer mostly in the form of fishing trips in both the mountains and at the coast or on some challenging mountain bike trail. During the winter, I use the ski tracks as often as I can for the upcoming Vasaloppet - it's a perfect way to recharge my batteries.

Jörnträhus Ski Team - will we see a comeback there too?
- Never say never," Gunnar concludes with a smile on his face.
