The townhouses in Sidsjö take shape

Construction of the 24 new terraced houses in Sidsjö - just south-west of Sundsvall - is proceeding according to plan. At the end of April, Contractor began assembling the houses, which were delivered in blocks from us. All the terraced houses are expected to be ready in early December.

The properties were commissioned by Hedern Fastigheter. First up are 16 terraced houses being built inside a large concrete building, which cannot be altered in its external design because it is listed. Therefore, the building has been blown out internally, to make room for the townhouses.

In parallel with this project, but with a later start of construction, eight completely new terraced houses were started to be built in the same area. These are divided into two bodies of houses, which are built in blocks and also delivered by us at Jörnträhus.

All 24 townhouses will be built on the hill with two floors. The first 16 houses are expected to be ready for occupation in early November 2022 and the remaining eight in early December.
