Semi-detached house in Hemavan - ready in spring 2023

More Jörnträhus are emerging in Hemavan! Previously, 23 apartment buildings have been built for the company Hemavan Ski Lodge - but now it is our semi-detached house model Strycksele that is being assembled by Contractor.

- The site has a fantastic view and we have received many questions about what will be built there," says Eva Lidestav, site manager at Contractor in Hemavan.

Hemavan Ski Lodge is a company owned by Contractor Bygg and Bayhill Invest. Since its inception, Jörnträhus has delivered 23 houses that Contractor has completed. The houses contain a total of 92 apartments.

The new house is located at the top of the Gondola in Hemavan like its siblings and is architecturally connected to them. It is designed to match the zoning plan, the building permit and follow the terrain. But it has a larger living space - two apartments instead of four - and also differs slightly with a loft and a different facade colour.

- We have built the same model for many years, so it feels good to break away with something new, says Eva Lidestav at Contractor.
