After the success of Ski Lodge - Hemavan tries new model

As I'm sure many have already realised, the construction market in Hemavan continues to be hot. In the latest phase of Hemavan Ski Lodge, everything is sold out, after agreements have been signed with buyers for all twelve apartments in the latest phase on Ulrika Eleonoras väg. Moving in there will take place in connection with the holidays this summer.

- To be honest, we're a bit surprised ourselves at how quickly sales have gone. Competition in Hemavan has increased, but it seems that demand is only growing," says Contractor Hemavan's project engineer Eva Lidestav.

The house model from Jörnträhus that has so far been built for Hemavan Ski Lodge will now be supplemented with a semi-detached model.

- We will not abandon the concept house from Jörnträhus that we have built so far, but to broaden our scope, we will also build semi-detached houses based on their semi-detached model of Strycksele, says Eva Lidestav.
