Concept house

Our project-unique house kits are designed and constructed by our experienced A and K designers. The kits are then produced by hand in a dry industrial production environment by our skilled house builders. Throughout the entire process, we work in an environmentally conscious manner with building components made of wood from Northern Sweden, energy-optimised solutions and minimal waste.

Short delivery times

We are proud of our flexible production, which means that we can often offer very short delivery times on our concept houses. A key to fast deliveries is also that we have design expertise in the house, which means that we can quickly meet your requirements.

Completeness and simplicity

Concept houses should be easy for you. Therefore, we support with our own design and can provide favourable prices for complete commitments where we are responsible for the delivery of all materials and ensure a functioning logistics. In some cases, we can also offer turnkey turnkey contracts together with our partner Contractor.

Concept house Ski Lodge

Ski Lodge is a detached apartment building with 4 apartments of 60 square metres each. Ski Lodge is designed to be built in a mountain environment with a classic mountain house design that blends into the environment. The apartments have three bedrooms and are optimised for skiers with a separate ski storage room. Sauna facilities are available in each apartment.

Concept house Radhuset

The townhouse is just as it sounds a terraced house with 4-5 apartments on two levels. Each apartment is original design 105 square metres. The blockhouse provides several possibilities for apartment distribution, apartment type, area and choice of materials. It can be built freestanding, connected or in block form and the design blends in both new and older areas. It is possible to supplement the terraced house with carports and storage buildings in the same style.
