Since 1932, we have been a manufacturer of high-quality, sustainable building components and concept houses in northern Sweden, allowing contractors to experience what it is like to build houses customised to the needs and visions of the project. Today, we are about 30 employees at our house factory in Jörn with the conviction that if we can help more people to feel good and spend time with loved ones without unnecessary environmental impact. Then we are helping to build a warmer and more sustainable society.

Why is passion so important when undertaking a construction project? We know that as a contractor, you need to be able to complete a large and challenging job, often within a tight budget. At the same time, you must exceed the expectations of those who commissioned the work. So we believe it's particularly important to listen, understand and go the extra mile. Maybe it's about holding a delivery for a few days so that you can fit it in at the construction site, or interpreting the drawings that are available. To simply be passionate about making a good project, that's where our ambitions meet. When your dream project rhymes with our dream job. For obvious reasons, we are perceived as somewhat northern. We are often told that we stand by what we say and that we always try to find a practical solution to your challenges. With that northernness also comes a measure of methodical security that we think is important for your house project.

Whether you buy building elements or finished concept houses from us, you can be sure of a few things. Firstly, you'll get energy-efficiently produced components built from sustainable wood raw materials that sequester carbon throughout their lifetime. Secondly, that your house kit is built by craftsmen in a dry industrial environment, which minimises waste and simplifies sorting and recycling. Thirdly, we work hard to streamline transport through well-loaded vehicles where everything comes at once. Last but not least, you contribute to a living countryside where your project creates the conditions for our local commitment.
