Housing construction in Sweden in general and Skellefte\u00e5 in particular continues to increase and wood construction has an important role in the development of new housing. It is now clear that J\u00f6rntr\u00e4hus will deliver 18 terraced houses to the Contractor Group's project at Falktr\u00e4sket in Skellefte\u00e5.
- There is a lot going on in the housing market in Skellefte\u00e5 and the pressure is high, so of course it feels great that we at J\u00f6rntr\u00e4hus can contribute to that development by delivering another round of our blockhouse-built concept house that we call Radhuset to Contractors' development at Falktr\u00e4sket, says J\u00f6rntr\u00e4hus CEO Mikael Lindberg.<\/h3>\n

It is now clear that Contractor will carry out another housing project under its own management. This time it is a new residential area with 18 terraced houses to be built at Falktr\u00e4sket. The building permit has been granted and from Monday 15 February, they will start receiving expressions of interest for the 18 apartments. The design of the houses is basically based on the concept house that was developed by J\u00f6rntr\u00e4hus for a similar townhouse project in Skellefte\u00e5, which was completed in 2020 with good reviews from both clients and residents of the houses.
- The fact that we can deliver to a similar project again is proof that our product is competitive and works well. Both in the construction process and assembly,\" says Mikael Lindberg. <\/p>\n

Clear environmental profile
<\/strong>This block will consist of 4 blocks of houses with a total of 18 terraced houses. 2 houses with four terraced houses and two houses with 5 terraced houses. The plan is that the new terraced houses will be equipped to facilitate environmentally friendly and climate-smart living. The houses will be fitted with solar panels from the outset and charging points will also be placed in the carports, to offer a convenience approach to electric cars.
- I want to be at the forefront of these issues and make it easy to do the right thing as a resident. I can find it quite appetising if you buy a new home and have this served to you. In addition, we can do it at a good cost that is reasonable in terms of the quality we add and the installations will be better than if they are done afterwards, says Mats H\u00e5kansson, Project Manager at Contractor, who is the client in the project.<\/p>\n
