And quickly! That's why Contractor is doing everything possible to be an enabler in this process. A small but nevertheless very good example of this is the apartments that Contractor hopes to build in the R\u00f6llekan 3 neighbourhood on Mor\u00f6n.<\/p>\n<p>Skellefte\u00e5 municipality released the land allocation to Contractor, provided that the building permit documents were with them within a week, which of course they did. The building permit process is currently underway and the idea is to build a terraced house from J\u00f6rntr\u00e4hus PRO with four condominiums, similar to what has previously been built in the
