Jörnträhus delivered prefabricated house modules to the scenic terraced house area at Falkträsket in Skellefteå.

At the beginning of 2021, it was clear that another residential area would be built in Skellefteå. 18 townhouses in the nature area near Falkträsket, each townhouse a living area of 105 square metres and a floor plan where the buyer himself could influence the number of rooms, from four to six rooms depending on needs and wishes. The townhouses are prefabricated by us at Jörnträhus and are equipped with solar cells and carports with charging boxes for electric cars, this to facilitate an environmentally friendly and climate-smart living.

Peter Gyllenberg, CEO of Jörnträhus, is pleased that Jörnträhus can once again be part of developing the housing market in northern Sweden, he says:
