Hemavan Ski Lodge

Being able to step out the door and immediately be ready for a day on the slopes is exactly what you can do in Hemavan Ski Lodge. Here we have adapted our house model Högheden LGH to the vision and needs that existed. Each house consists of four separate apartments of 65 m2 with their own entrance and ski storage. The standard design of the apartments is four rooms, but there is also an option to combine two bedrooms into one.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place in 2016 and so far we at Jörnträhus have delivered 21 houses with a total of 84 apartments. The project is another collaboration with Contractor and Eva Lidestav, project engineer at Contractor is positive about how the project is progressing:

- The collaboration works well and both parties are keen for the work to flow. We have a common understanding of how we want the project to be carried out and I feel that Jörnträhus is cooperative and flexible when it comes to the views we come up with during the work.
