Gondola village

In the spring of 2021, work began on building 21 new condominiums in Hemavan.

The property consists of 21 condominiums between 68 and 113 square metres. The construction is a combination of wood and concrete, where the load-bearing frame is in concrete while the outer walls and roof of the building envelope and the site-built interior walls are built in wooden components supplied by us at Jörnträhus.

The apartments have a superb Ski In Ski Out location a stone's throw from the popular Gondola, the slopes and are directly adjacent to the children's slope. Restaurant Solkatten is located in the area and Björk Topprestaurang is easily reached by Gondolen. The apartments have a high standard with, among other things, continuous oak parquet and tiled floors, sauna with ash panel, fully tiled bathrooms with washing machine, nice kitchens with built-in appliances, large balconies and lofts with lovely views and glass railings. The property has 10 charging sockets for electric cars. Ski storage is built for each apartment.

This project is one of Jörnträhus' largest assignments in Hemavan so far as a subcontractor. The total contract sum amounted to approximately SEK 40 million where Contractor Fastigheter was the main supplier.

The project was completed in time for Easter 2022.
