Action can solve the housing shortage

Contractor together with Jörnträhus PRO continues the co-operation to solve the housing shortage in Skellefteå.

New large establishments with Northvolt at the forefront require that housing construction in Skellefteå gets started in earnest. And quickly! That's why Contractor is doing everything possible to be an enabler in this process. A small but nevertheless very good example of this is the apartments that Contractor hopes to build in the Röllekan 3 neighbourhood on Morön.

Skellefteå municipality released the land allocation to Contractor, provided that the building permit documents were with them within a week, which of course they did. The building permit process is currently underway and the idea is to build a terraced house from Jörnträhus PRO with four condominiums, similar to what has previously been built in the Möjligheten neighbourhood in Skellefteå.
