Hemavan Ski Lodge

Since 2016, Jörnträhus has delivered house modules to the Hemavan Ski Lodge project owned by Contractor Bygg AB and Bayhill Invest AB. In 2018, stage four of the project was started and so far Jörnträhus has delivered 15 houses with apartments of 65 m². Each house houses four owner-occupied apartments with their own entrance and ski storage at the entrance. The area has a very attractive location with perfect ski-in/ski-out - direct proximity to the Sommarlinbanan at Norrliften.

The house model that is customised for the client is Highlands LGH and the apartments are available in two designs. The standard one is a 4-bedroom apartment and the alternative is a 3-bedroom apartment - by combining two bedrooms into one.
