The Opportunity neighbourhood

The Möjligheten neighbourhood in Skellefteå is a collaboration with our partner Contractor, who acted as both client and contractor. The collaboration resulted in 20 new apartments at Morö Backe in Skellefteå.

We at Jörnträhus have produced and delivered five houses of our concept house Radhuset, where each house consists of four condominiums. The assembly of the houses went quickly and smoothly, in just a few days the walls and roof trusses were in place.

- "It was an exciting project that went quickly and smoothly, we erected about one house a day. It was also fun to build something where the whole group was involved," says Michel Edberg, site manager at Contractor.
