Jörnträhus produces Jenkan and sells terraced houses to Robertsfors

The Jörnträhus production facility in Jörn is in full swing. At present, full production of the house kits for the 18 condominiums for the falkträsk area outside Skellefteå is underway. Right now it is Lambadan that is in production.

In addition, Jörnträhus has recently completed another deal on a townhouse. This time with a private property owner in Robertsfors as a customer after the existing house unfortunately burned down. Mikael Lindberg, CEO of Jörnträhus explains:

- That's right, we have finalised the deal for an apartment building in Robertsfors that will house 5 smaller apartments to be built in large blocks. This is a project that suits us perfectly. We at Jörnträhus will deliver exterior walls, floor joists, intermediate joists, roofs and roofs to the project, and delivery is scheduled for early September. And then Silje Bygg AB, from Bygdsiljum, which has the turnkey contract in the project, takes care of assembly and completion.
