Jörnträhus and Contractor build new office building in Skellefteå

An interesting group collaboration will result in 30 new offices at Skellefteå Hospital. Contractor is responsible for the groundwork and construction and Jörnträhus delivers prefabricated building blocks from the factory in Jörn.

- We have the agreement with Region Västerbotten and through it we have got this job on a turnkey basis where we are also responsible for the design together with Jörnträhus. This is a good way to offer the customer a smooth overall solution where we get basically all parts of the group. Contractor's breadth is of great benefit here and we get to show off our full potential, says Jörgen Lindmark, costing manager at Contractor Skellefteå.
